Terms of Service

An order is placed when you complete checkout and your payment is confirmed. We send you an order number which you can use on the Track Order page.

We may cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount you paid.

You must give a correct name, phone number and delivery address. We use them only to process, deliver and support your order. Orders we cannot reach you about may be delayed or cancelled.

All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Prices, discounts and stock can change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack (Mobile Money and card). We never see or store your card or MoMo PIN.

Please check the size and the child's age you choose before paying. Size guides and age ranges are given as a guide; children grow differently. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Choosing the right size is the customer's responsibility, because goods sold are not returnable.

After payment we call you to arrange delivery to your address. Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure someone can receive the order and check it on delivery.

All sales are final. Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable. See our Refund Policy for the limited cases where we will help.

We may close the online store, limit quantities or remove products at any time. Orders already paid for will still be handled.

The photos, logo, designs and text on this website belong to Babyshine Luxury Wear and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the laws of Ghana.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
